Hi PE,
We've had a circuit down with L3 for about a day and a half in downtown
Denver -- there are at least a few other customers off that same switch and
their ckts are down too. I'm waiting to see if the L3 guy who roams this
building is around today since their NOC seems to be...kind of unhelpful at
the moment. Wouldn't be surprised if Intelepeer was showing down in Denver
over L3, they're just down the street...('cause you know geographical
location matters SOOO much with these issues) :)

We haven't seen any l3 issues or twc issues in NYC or DAL

Was hoping to find someone out there that might have a contact within
Verizon Wireless that could assist in a resolving a voice quality
(static) issue on calls outbound from VZW, inbound to L3/GBLX in the
Cleveland, Ohio market.
Anyone able to contact me off-list with some info or recommendations
on resolution? The trouble has been isolated to be outside of
L3/GLBX's network and obviously AT&T is unwilling to research the
problem further.
Thanks in advance!
Best Regards,
---
