quick question to those of you who have Level3 direct contracts for SIP
interconnection.
i'm just wondering if there is a way to NOT pay or become exempt from State
and Local 911 fees.. it is becoming larger and larger every month and now
is about 8% of our bill. these are just fees not e911 charges .

Submit your own filings to the state authorities and supply Level3 with your
registration numbers and waivers validating to them that you report on your
own...you will of course adopt the burden of doing your own filings which in
itself is a pain and has its own cost

I know that we can file with usac charges and other taxes but i didn't know you
could with the 911 fees as well. Thanks Todd.
