Jack Balkin [1]reports that Marty Lederman and David Barron have joined the Office of Legal Counsel as Deputy Assistant Attorney General and Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General respectively. Barron will also serve as Acting AAG pending Dawn Johnson's confirmation as OLC's AAG.
