Hi All, bit of a long shot, but does any one have a manual (PDF) for the PAV-4 phase angle voltmeter? This is a Singer / Gertsch / Eaton Ailtech / Tegam instrument. I've tried the usual suspects. If no one has a PDF or source , I'll get one on ebay.
