My manual came from manualsplus. It was in excellent condition compared to the ones on eBay. You do have to ask them for a picture of every manual since they can vary in condition.
I have rescanned the whole manual, which I should have done anyway. I have two missing pages and I am hopeful the seller will scan them and forward them to me.
