According to the manual's parts list these varistors are in-house
parts by Fluke.
How hard did you look? According to the 5100B manual on Fluke's web
site (PN 926634, October 1992, Rev.1 1/94), they are GE varistors
V68MA3A (see pp. 5-42, 5-43, and 5-83). That part number appears to
be still available from Littlefuse and probably others.
