Your right, I was thinking of the 249. I don't know which online vendor you've had problems with, but I did find references to both Surplus Sales (of Nebraska) having it, as well as ManualMan, I can say I've bought at least one manual from ManualMan w/ no issues.
But I'm afraid I don't have anything to help you.
