Hello Julien,     We have no "Official" benchmarks on the GATE as of yet, so I'll let the program manager respond in my stead.   I will say this though, technical/hardware will obviously limit you but when you have a license for X amount of users, it is that amount who can go through gate (not a good description that's why I'm asking Daniel Roy to add in :-).   >Is it necessary to use modus LS to load balance this gateway or can I load balance modus Entreprise as well (this could mean I should maintain two servers instead of one virtual >one ??) ? I need to have a redundant architecture... *Ouchie, no you won't be able to run the gate on the same server as your modusmail/vopmail since it uses the same ports and putting it on the same machine would multiply the load on your server 5 fold. You'll notice that even when modusmail/gate deal with a lot of traffic, the cpu usage is not extreme, it very often could be a result of the drives that assign for the spool that are slowing things down. So, my recommandation, set aside a RAID0 or other (not 5) just for the spools as this is where all the 'magic' happens. Meaning, scanning, verification, anti spam etc...
