[VOPmail Beta] Add route for local mail

A couple of months ago I worked on exactly this idea, but found no feasible way to do it. Now I simply have users send mail to the gateway which forwards everything to the VOPMail server, and it handles the delivery logic from there.   The only problem with this is if you need authentication at the gateway for external relaying. I've heard modusGate will authenticate against a VOPMail server, which is a big improvement over Vopmail Relay Edition which would not.
