This solution from Vircom support helped me when I had the same problem: It sounds like you need to make the following change to your webmail directory in IIS: Open up the Properties / Custom Errors page Scroll down to error 404 and click Edit Properties In the Message Type box, choose URL In the URL box, enter the relative path to your webmail directory. For example, if you created it as a virtual directory under the Default Web Site, enter /webmail (or the name you used for the directory)/getattachment.asp If it's set up as a separate website, enter just /getattachment.asp Also, make sure there's an IISHelp directory under the main Default Web Site heading. If not, create one under your webmail directory (the path should point to the location of your winnt\help\iishelp folder). Hope this helps!
