What OS and webserver are you running it on?

ummm ... what tripped me up was not putting in the IISHelp vdir.  RTFM
as always.  :)  If you havent already done so .. print off the VOP
Webmail .doc and use it as a checklist since your now in
troubleshooting mode.

The getattachment.asp is to accommodate Netscape users only.  Unless
you are using Netscape, getattachment.asp can be ruled out as a
suspect.  Next, check all file/directory permissions per the manual
and lastly .. make sure the IISHelp vdir is in place.

Its pretty straight forward with only couple places where it can break.

Let us know what happens.
