We still get lost of stuck messages with OE. We get  5-6 client calls a day
with this problem. I just have them go into webmail and delete any SPAM,
since I have found SPAM to be the offending problem

Apparently modus and VOP both will allow invalid messages into the server
and they choke outlook express

Yes, this has been an issue for a LONG time, still with no resolution

I get this occasionally as well.  I haven't been able to figure out why,
but some messages get "stuck" in the Inbox on the VopMail server.  Go to
your server and you'll probably find one message in the affected
account's inbox folder.  Delete the message from the folder (copy it off
for testing?) and you should be ok.

I usually find that it's some sort of malformed spam.  I don't know why
Outlook and VopMail choke on the messages.  The problem was discussed
some months ago on the list but I don't think a solution was found.

I am having a problem receiving mail in Outlook. I get the following
error:

Task '#### - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The
connection to the server was interrupted.  If this problem continues,
contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).
The server responded: ?K 393 octets'

This is on my LAN connection inside the office.

Using VopMail 4.7.192 with the mailbox authenticating against VopRADIUS.

Any ideas?
