[VOPmail Beta] When does quota statistics reset?

I am using the latest Vopmail version that has the domain quota fix.
I have a mailbox that bounces messages with domain quota exceeded message even though the box has 0 messages. The user deleted all their messages.

Why are they getting such a message? When does Vopmail update the statistics? I noticed that the date on the mailbox properties is nine hours older than the last accessed date. I thought Vopmail updates the quota statisitics when the user retrieves their messages.
