Can someone from Vircom please look at this problem. I posted this problem a few days ago with no replies. I purchased an upgrade subscription for Build 232 just to have this problem go away and I am still having problems.

Here's a detailed explaiantion:

- All domains have server default quota of 20M.
- A customer got this error. "catchall@???.com Delivery failed User's domain quota exceeded" (domain name obscured)
- I tell customer to retrieve messages from all boxes and delete.
- Problem still exists.
- I go in and I find these stats: domain information about 9000k as of 10/22/2002 01:33:02AM.
- 9000k is less than 20M so why is Vopmail complaining about quota exceeded?
- I do my own test, I send a test message and it bounced with same error message. Customer is correct. There's a problem.
- I retrieve messages from catchall, look at the 'last verified date" and it doesn't change! It's still about 9 hours old.

I have *very specific* questions I have asked a few months ago and never got an answer:
1- What is exactly the "last verified" date? When does it get set?
2- What is the date in the domain information? When does it get set?
These dates are not mentioned in the manual. Are they top secret?

If Vopmail updates the mailbox quota statistics when the box is accessed, it's not happening for me.
