I have one user who periodically has a similar problem. It's always one bad message. Since you have webmail, suggest they use it to read their mail and delete what they can. Good chance once the bad message is deleted things will return to normal. I've taken to copying all this customers mail onto a floppy disk and having them read it in notepad (I don't have webmail running yet) and that works too. Frank M.
