this is something you shouldn't have to do
vircom seem to have a total lack of interest in dealing with this one
as the issue has been around for several years now

It never happens to my own email accounts, only a few of my customers
but it sure is annoying. I can retrieve their mail with out any problem.
It makes my service look poor which I am not happy with.

Maybe vopmail could at least put the offending email in a reject box
at least this would allow for all the good messages to be retrieved
