Hi Andrew.
The username is no longer in the MMC remote listing, but is online,
according to the RAS and the customer!. This is the norm it seems for the
mmc. After x hours it no longer shows the username. The user is online, but
the mmc console no longer shows the user.  Can we fix this please.
