* This is the VOP Radius mailing list * Hello Lewis, We ran a test and for the last 5 days the username has remained in the Users Online Listing.
It may be a setting in VOP Radius that is causing difficulty for you. Can you confirm that you are not using SNMP? Also, is the Watchdog feature turned off in VOP Radius (Interval time between Interim Packets)? Both settings are located in the Clients Tab --> Client Definition file Thank-you Andrew O'Halloran Technical Support Department Vircom Inc. http://www.vircom.com Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Phone: (514) 990-2532 -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] On Behalf Of Lewis Watson Sent: Friday, August 09, 2002 12:29 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [VOP RADIUS] 24 Hours, no longer listed... * This is the VOP Radius mailing list * Hi Andrew. The username is no longer in the MMC remote listing, but is online, according to the RAS and the customer!. This is the norm it seems for the mmc. After x hours it no longer shows the username. The user is online, but the mmc console no longer shows the user. Can we fix this please.
