Hi,

Ok I am game. Let's get the info we need so we can put this thing to
bed.

What is the exact policy about upgrade insurance and support plans? and
exactly how much does it cost to upgrade both if one is "regularized" or
not "regularized?"

There is no mailing list called "Vircom customer support" so this seems
to be as good a place as any.

Take care,

Mike Roberts

John, too much.

Maybe it is all a joke but lets talk about this in another place.

Vircom is trying to run a business. We can disagree on their policies
and
get upset about changes. I have always thought they created quality
products
at an acceptable price.

I think their offer to temporarily sell people a support plan even if
they
are outside the 30 day from purchase was a very reasonable bridge to
those
who felt alienated.

quoting Daniel Roy:

" That being said, we understand that some of you were used to the
previous
policy and that the change in policy was not communicated properly. As
such,
Vircom management has decided to give you a period of 30 days to
regularize
the situation. Regardless of your purchase date for VOP Radius, you may
purchase a support plan or an upgrade insurance within 30 days of this
message. Simply contact Vircom Sales at 514-845-1666, or by email at
