With the holiday season fast approaching, we would like to notify you of our support policy over the holiday period.

 

Vircom's technical support will be CLOSED on the following dates, as they are official holidays: December 25th, December 26th and January 1st.

 

Vircom's technical support will provide EMERGENCY support on the following dates: December 24th, 27th-31st, January 2nd. On those days, Vircom will provide limited support, with priority given to service shortages (delivery service downtime, etc.) and virus or hack attacks.

In order to ensure that you have a working, stable environment during the holidays, we strongly recommend that you do not perform any migration past December 16th. In order to enforce this and prevent emergencies over the holidays, Vircom Support will not provide assistance to any migration support request past the 16th.
