We are getting ready to import a few hundred users into our database.
The company these users are comming from had all the passwords stored as
MD5 hashes. We currently use a SQL based Rodopi backend which stores all
passwords in plain text. I am trying to come up with a way to get these
MD5 passwords to work. I thought about modifying the stored procedure
that vopradius makes, and have it check for a pass match, if that fails,
hash password and check for match. That sounded a bit "round about".
Thought I would ask and see if anyone else has gone through something
like this.
