* This is the VOP Radius mailing list * I suspect that I have a bad modem in a Max 6096. Users are complaining of hitting a dead modem on our end. Call makes connection, but immediately disconnects or MAX does not return connection tones.
Does anybody have a way to isolate the problem card? >From what I have been able to find out, it appears that the MAX assigns calls randomly to modems. Is this correct?
