We have been getting a very high rate of customers ie appx 70% of tech calls with customers not able to bring up web pages, or email, etc. This turns out to be spyware, ones that are local to us, whom brng in their machines, and we install a spyware removal program, and remove the spyware, fixes the problem. What the problem here is, we are at a loss on a work around for users that aren't local, and face facts are hardly smart enough to browse the internet not to mention anything else. Bottom line here is a high majority quit, due to the fact we can't help them. Has anyone worked out a solution to help customers in this fix to help keep them happy?
