Sure it would have--leave out the gun I mentioned earlier and let someone simply break in at the office to get him--there was a lot more stuff to steal in the office and lab, and worth a lot more money, than anything at the house. A "local brute" in Bow, NH, could have gotten him just as easily, and in fact, more easily, since he could count on Gene being at the office, alone, most any night. If anyhting, it would look even more like a simple planned robbery gone bad. OH well, enough--it's too morbid to go on with this. He's dead, that's it--let him rest in peace. Jeff
