There is an interesting disclaimer on the credit page: "The opinions expressed in this book are not those of the author" ... meaning cryptically, one might suppose, that no opinion is really our "own."

Well, I think Jed has contact with Sr.ACC. I have asked what was the inspiration for the book; but, have not received a definitive answer. As I recall, author Arthur said something like "Check the ### release of the book.".
If only (w)he (-k)knew.
