Who are you talking about? The only people I know who lobby or engage in any 
power politics are the opponents of cold fusion such as Zimmerman. CF 
researchers never do that sort thing, although I wish they would. (I disagree 
with you on that score.)

You are giving advice that everyone follows already. As for your other advice, 
that we "try to steer clear of CF, LENR, Elemental Transmutation and go for a 
title that will get them reading" I think that is silly. The reader will see 
what we are talking about before he finishes the abstract. Are you suggesting 
we should should try to snare stupid readers who do not recognize transmutation 
when they see it?
