Interesting paper

Jones ideas about lithium are reaffirmed.

It mentions the liquid drop model of the nucleus. It does not mention that
sound propagates in all liquids.

It clearly shows the tetrahedral structure of the nucleus. It makes no mention
of the 1.36 fm spacing of the nucleons

within the tetrahedral. It makes no mention of an elastic constant and does
not attempt to compute the velocity of sound based of the nuclear spacing and
an elastic constant.

Of course, we are way ahead of them on this and know that the velocity of sound
in the nucleus is 1,094,000 meters per second and that the velocity establishes
the entirety of the quantum condition.

the nuclear elastic constant is (2*29.08/1.36) fm
the nuclear wave number is (1/1.36) fm
the velocity of sound based on this wave number and elastic constant is
1,094,000 meters per second.
