It clearly shows the tetrahedral structure of the nucleus. It makes no mention of the 1.36 fm spacing of the nucleons within the tetrahedral. It makes no mention of an elastic constant and does not attempt to compute the velocity of sound based of the nuclear spacing and an elastic constant.
