This idea coud be extended to quarks. If quarks are plasmoids, then there could be a topological resonance between plasmoids produced by hexagonal structure and quarks. plasmoids can coordinate with each other over a monopole magnetic beam possibly in higher dimensions. In the fractional quantum hall effect, a magnetic field can produce two charged items that can reduce the charge of electrons. These could be fractionally charges plasmoids. Now that CERN has found the up to 5 quarks can comprise a particle. Such a particle could well be formed from a ring of plasmoids. The theory from Lord Kelvin that particles are plasmoids might have been discounted in error too soon.
