On the matter of who was the target of the March 10 statement by I.H. I think it can be reasonable argued that the target was Krivit, as Krivit himself admits he sent one of his missives where he said he was going to write a report stating Rossi and IH had split so what was their comment. IMHO the March 10 statement by I.H. was their comment to Krivit and they CCED it to every other site so Krivit could not claim his usual FUD exclusive and to APCO Worldwide so that they could start dealing with public relations.
