What kind of LENR tech did IH buy from Rossi? If the deal was done three years ago, then the COP that should be expected is under 6. Yes, Rossi will produce the new COP 50 systems, and IH will sell them. But Rossi will design that factory for IH and that tech will not be transferred to China..
