He seems to be over aggressive to the point of "almost" lying. I don't know legalese. You see, it's either that or IH is full of shit with their 3 year claim of nothing proved. His sudden attack on IH, only a few days after the report was released, with full disclosure of a conflict, since years of good relations, sounds complete nutty to me! So, why not more nutty things?!? Specially on the divergence I mentioned!
