There is no such thing as "good insulation with no heat leakage." As the water gets hot, it leaks more and more heat, until the heat leak equals input. At that point it is radiating 1 MW. You would reach this point long before the test ends. Probably in a week or so, depending on the size of the container and the quality of the insulation. - Jed
