The idea of power transfer vectors as a coupling mechanism is a new concept for me, I hope that this is being taught in undergraduate physics chemistry and EE courses. The magnetic field and spin energy transfer all closely connected IMHO. Engineering coherent systems in the solid state to allow the coupling to the nuclear part of the potential energy of the system is the crux of achieving LENR+.
