I didn't include the word "roughly" for nothing. It's really still anybody's guess as to whether or not transmutation is actually taking place. Jones may be correct about Copper migration. Perhaps Rossi really is enhancing the Ni62/64 isotopes as he claims (though I can't see why anybody would bother, which leaves me wondering just how trustworthy this info is).
