I don't think this is true. Defkalion has reproduced Rossi's results. They
stand by him. Their claims are the same. Of course they say their machines
are lot better than his, in their White Paper and web site.

There is some friction between them. Everyone here has heard about it
already. We discussed it here:

The president of Defkalion announced that tests of their prototypes will
begin in September. He mentioned some public tests, I think at the end of
the month. Rossi immediately jumped in and said that no such tests will
occur. He does not want any test before his 1 MW reactor test.

As far as I know, Defkalion has not responded to this. They have not said
"our president has decided to do this, and Rossi is overruled."

I think PESN reported this dispute.

Maybe this is the source of these rumors, and the title of this thread. I do
not know of any other disagreements between them.
