If he knew how to make thermoelectric modules in his lab which were 10x more efficient than current technology, it could without a doubt have been industrialized, whether by him or by someone else. Conveniently, all traces of any super-efficient TE modules disappeared in a fire and none was ever made again. None was ever tested by a credible independent tester, exactly like Petroldragon, exactly like the E-cat and megawatt plant. There was no reason why Rossi could not go back to the lab and make at least ** ONE ** working module to show DOD and to let them test to prove it ever existed. Then DOD could have hired people skilled in engineering and development to make the modules industrially. That never happened. The magic modules were never produced nor properly tested. It was all "Rossi said". If it had not been fake, we would be awash in such modules by now. It happened quite a while ago. The best explanation is not that he is daring engineer but that he is an unconscionable but rather effective and talented scammer. And the usual necessary disclaimer: that he actually is a scammer has not been proven.
