For crying out loud. No one is worried about it! They want to establish the
overall limits and identify limiting factors, cost factors and so on. That
is what I did in my book for various aspects of cold fusion. Not for Pd in
detail, because I never thought it would be the host metal.

The person who asked the question is writing to government officials and
important people about cold fusion. When you do that, you have to have the
facts at your fingertips. People often ask whether supplies of Ni or Pd are
sufficient. The answer is: Ni, yes; Pd, probably not, according to
Fleischmann.

No, it is not ridiculous. You are being ridiculous, negative, and silly.
Cut the crap. It is a perfectly legitimate question. The information
provided by Defkalion on Ni in response to this question is very useful.
