I have rewritten my papers. Now there is no transitional velocity Vt only a nuclear speed Sn and a atomic speed Sa. When they are set equal (Sn = Sa) I get the energy levels of the atoms, the speed of atomic electrons, the intensity of spectral emission, the deBrogle wave, the energy and frequency of a photon, and more. That's quite a lot, I believe. I have a new paper submitted for peer review. My book is up to date with this.
