I thought he might have done a typo, and mean 10 kWh/h so I emailed him to
ask.

He confirmed that it was a typo, and he meant 10kWh/h for the ecat, just
like it has always been.

If that is the case:

0.91 * 35% of the time = 0.3185 kWh/h
*10* * 65% of the time = 6.5 kWh/h

total output = 6.8185 kWh/h
input = 0.9 * 35% of the time = 0.315 kWh/h

COP = 21.65
