On the possible magnetic mechanism of shortening the runaway of RBMK-1000
reactor at Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant

* *

I submit this paper as supportive of the theory that the anapole magnetic
field is reactive toward the acceleration of nuclear events.

As a result of an electrical explosion, the possibility that
nanoparticles fromed from metal and/or water carried polariton mediated
anaopole magnetic fields in vapor which interacted with the PNC properties
of the nucleus in the structure and the fuel of the Chernobyl plant to
increase nuclear decay rates of latent radioactive isotopes.

This decay rate increase may have produced a delayed neutron spike causing
the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant explosion as explained in the referenced
paper.
