I agree with this paper and believe we are going to find that those dark/vacuum energy magnetic fields also triggered the seismic anamoly before Chernobyl that was dismissed as have been detected before many other earthquakes. We are enveloped in a quantum field whose energy levels change with solar activity. The epicenter of the 2011 Japan Earthquake epicenter was passed over by a typhoon a couple of months later, all caused by dark/vacuum energy strings decaying.
