"Dark mode" means no EMF leakage. It means an EMF black hole where light cannot escape o matter how strong the EMF gets.
What comes out of the vortex current in the hotspot in this EMF black hole is a anapole magnetic field. This is the same thing that happens in black holes in quasars.
