This may be similar to the arrival of an advance civilization cluing us in on science based technologies and sundry miracles we could never dream of. It might be like Galileo discovering radioactivity and atomic power. What would the church think is going on? Could 16th century civilization survive this culture shock? What if the Borgia pope had the bomb? Is the world ready for interstellar exploration, wormhole travel through the 5th detention, disintegrator beams, replicators, control of matter through mere thought? Cold fusion and is allied technologies might be more than this poor world can handle, and in only a matter of days we will see.
