Prof Marc Henry
On 8 October, 2014, UNESCO's Social and Human Sciences Sector, in collaboration with Luc Montagnier, held a symposium in Paris - "Biology in the light of Physical Theories: New Frontiers in Medicine." This is the presentation of Marc Henry, Professor of Molecular Chemistry at the University of Strasbourg, speaking about: "Water, electromagnetism, and quantum coherence." Discusses quantum coherence, interaction of ZPF/Casimir effect to explain some of the anomalies of water. Also towards the end, how an absorbed photon may not be emitted as usual when quantum coherence is present. Could be connection as to the missing neutrons in LENR. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V0Qrn-jrbfE First part is some history. starts to get interesting at ~10 mins into the talk. -mark iverson
