I also removed tkip as it was suggested. Now Windows XP shows me my AP with the WPA2 authentication. But no matter what I do I cannot connect to the AP and I still cannot start the hostapd. I also started kismet on my linux machine and it shows my AP as not secured! And if I just scan access points on my linux machine it doesn't show my AP at all!
