One area that IBrowse has Voyager beat, is in some HTML code. There is one
that has been missing in Voyager since the beginning (and no signs of it
changing). It's the code that allows you to insert tiled images as the
*background* of table cells.
The PC and Mac browsers, including Opera, can view it. As well as IBrowse (I
haven't tested AWeb on that yet). That one feature can be very powerful in
making cool tables for e-zines, etc.
If anyone wants to test how different it looks between IBrowse and Voyager,
go to my Northern Light Computing website and click on the Coollinks gadget.
Then scroll down until you see the listing of website links. In IBrowse,
you'll see a gradiated colouring behind the link text. With Voyager, it
simply doesn't show.
BTW, I'm a full-time college student, so my work on my website is at a
snail's pace right now. I have it set up for 1024x768 displays, and soon
will be adding others for 800x600 and 640x480 users.
Regards,
Vance.
