Well... in fact I'm not sure (anymore) this requester is V3's... I installed
Cmanager yesterday, and realized that running Cmanager lets the same requester
appear... And V3's bookmark system is apparented to Cmanager... hmmm. (But
would V3 create a cmanager object on boot and not wait for the user to summon it
? hhmmmm... maybe to check if it can use Cmanager... (like a openlibrary to
check if cmanager is available)... But why at the beginning ... Well I suppose
I dunna enough of mui programming to guess it myself... and what's more it's
possibly a wrong clue...)

Dunna if it's related, will investigate Cmanager's doc when I have
a little more time.

Phil.
