Well, one of "these" sites must be http://www.stadtplandienst.de/
This site is telling me, that my Browser can't show PNGs and is sending
JPEGs instead. The good thing is, they are explaining it on their FAQ-Page.

They are expecting every PNG-capabel to send a Accept-Header containing
"image/png" but Voyager is just sending an "*/*" which means everything
but doesn't work. Netscape e.g. is sending a lot more stuff in its
Accept-Header. Perhaps this should be changes in V to be a little
more compatible..!?
