I just wonder why you and others now suddenly "require" refunds or
discounts or whatever.  If you don't want to pay the full price, you could
simply have waited until the upgrade offer was made available.  Until then
the Voyager 2 keyfile worked just fine with Voyager 3, and no registration
of Voyager 3 was therefore necessary.  If you have registered Voyager 3
before the upgrade offer was made available, then you must also accept to
spend a bit more on the product than those who waited.
