Yeah, he's sure.  The leftsky.jpg and rightsky.jpg images are not shown. 
Looking at the page's source code shows they should be stretched to help 
fill the page, but they aren't there.

 <TD background ="images/rightsky.jpg" WIDTH = "33%" HEIGHT ="106">&nbsp;</TD>

I'm wondering if it's the percentage width and the fixed height that is
doing it.  Checking it with IBrowse 1.20 and it doesn't show it right
either.  Looks like it tiles the images in the wrong order or something.
Both NS and IE show the page fine, with the two additional images filling
out the top of the screen.
